Identificatie van bronnen van ziekteresistentie

NBS profiling, een ‘Motif-directed profiling’ techniek voor resistentiegenen, is één van de belangrijkste nieuwe merkerontwikkelingen.
Deze methode is gebaseerd op de detectie van de specifieke delen van het genoom die betrokken zijn bij de ziekteresistentie van planten.
