Mission and strategy
Through the combination of know-how and experience across the entire spectrum of plant research, Plant Research International offers unique new perspectives for governments and private companies, for agriculture and horticulture, and for rural and environmental development.
We offer innovative products: from DNA to complete agricultural production systems. Based upon our wide range of scientific qualities, we offer our clients truly unique solutions.
Our clients and partners come from all parts of the world. Our products offer competitive advantages, improving the position of companies and enabling governments to further develop and execute policies for a sustainable economy. 

At the top of our agenda are:
The further ecologisation of agricultural and horticultural chains, for example by developing better adapted crops, improved cultivation methods and a new generation of plant protection methods.
The characterisation of genes, gene functions and biosynthesis routes, in order to create new and improved products with high added value.
New production systems that meet the requirements of society.

Annual Report
Our annual report is published as a yearbook. The most recent edition is the Yearbook 2006.
