PrCoord Module

PrCoord program calculates the full solution of a principal coordinates analysis (PCO), also known as metric multidimensional scaling.

PrCoord stores its output (the sample scores on individual axes) in a data file in Canoco format, so you can use it as species data in a redundancy analysis (RDA). In this way, the so-called distanced-based RDA (db-RDA) can be calculated (see Legendre et Anderson, 1999, Ecological Monographs, 69:1-24).
