  • What we offer:
    Products
ImpactVector™ presently offers a product line of 10 vectors, all based on the very strong, light-regulated Rubisco promoter. They provide the researcher with a set of targeting and tagging tools for which there is no equivalent in the market. The ImpactVector1-series performs 8 times better than the CaMV35S promoter with expression levels of more than 7% of total soluble protein.

    Custom services
Plants are uniquely capable of protein expression at very high yields and very low costs. The experience in plant expression of the research team behind ImpactVector can be used directly to serve your needs. We offer custom expression services in various plant species.

    Why ImpactVector?
Since its launch in 2004 ImpactVectors have been chosen by 7 plant biotech companies including large multinationals. Furthermore, the vectors have found worldwide acceptance in academic labs in the following countries: USA, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, Germany, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Italy, Bulgaria, India, China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, North Korea, and Poland.

The choice for ImpactVectors has been based on the following traits:

    • The strongest available plant expression cassette with unique targeting and tagging options
    • Over 7% of total soluble protein with a novel rubisco small subunit promoter from chrysanthemum
    • 8 times stronger than the dCaMV 35S-Enhancer promoter
    • Vector family enabling targeting of any protein into 5 different subcellular compartments using the same cloning step
    • Targeting to cytoplasm, secretory pathway, endoplasmic reticulum, chloroplasts, and mitochondria
    • c-myc tag to identify expressed proteins
    • His tag to purify proteins from crude extracts
