Terms of delivery 
 
General terms of delivery of Plant Research International's PHEROBANK products

  • Only written orders that have been accepted by Plant Research International will be handled.
  • Most products are available from stock and are shipped within one week after acceptance of the written order.
  • Permits or customs formalities are not the responsibility of Plant Research International.
  • Prices are exclusive 6% Value Added Tax (VAT) (for EC-countries only).
  • Payment is only accepted in Euro's (€) or US dollars (US$).
  • Orders from within The Netherlands are charged with € 15.00 for handling and shipment.
  • Orders from outside The Netherlands are charged with € 25.00 for handling, shipment and banking costs.
  • Orders are normally dispatched by registered mail or express courier.
  • Invoices are sent separate from the order.
  • Payment should be made within 30 days after receipt of the invoice.
  • Plant Research International does not accept the responsibility for any direct or indirect damage that might arise from the use of delivered products. The recipient may not hold Plant Research International responsible for the delivered goods nor hold Plant Research International responsible for any damage that might arise from delivery. Plant Research International shall be safeguarded by the recipient company against any claim regarding these matters.
  • The general conditions of Plant Research International B.V., as deposited at the Chamber of Commerce Midden-Gelderland, Arnhem, The Netherlands, are valid.
