Product information
Plant-pathogenic bacteria
- The antisera are suitable for use in ELISA and immunofluorescense assays.
- The antisera may be diluted up to 1000x. In a standard assay 1 ml of coating and conjugate support 5000 reactions in ELISA.
- Antisera should preferably be stored at 4°C and not at -20°C (unless stored for periods longer than one year). At 4°C antisera are stable for a prolonged period of time. When stored at -20°C avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this can influence product quality considerably.
- FITC-conjugate should preferably be stored in small aliquots at -20°C. At this temperature it is stable for a prolonged period of time.
- The enzyme in the conjugate is alkaline phosphatase.
- Minimum amount: 1 ml per item.
- Custom-made conjugates with FITC or alkaline phosphatase can be produced upon request. Delivery time is eight weeks. Minimum amount 2 ml.
Plant-pathogenic viruses
- The antisera are suitable for use in ELISA.
- Antisera (coating and conjugate) are also available in amounts of 0.2 ml, sufficient for 1000 reactions in ELISA.
- For all viruses positive controls are available for use in ELISA (€ 80 per ml, to be diluted 10x). Positive controls
- should be stored permantly at -20°C. Crude antisera against most viruses are also available (maximum 0.25 ml per customer).
