Software for the seed industry
SeedCalculator is a dedicated software program for the seed industry developed by Plant Research International. Cumulative germination data and seedling scores are presented in the form of a spreadsheet. Germination parameters and seedling scores, including standard error, can be quickly calculated, then viewed either graphically or in table format.
A fully functional demo (except import, export and save possibilities) can be downloaded for free.

The statistical genetics research group of Plant Research International and Wageningen University (Biometris) collaborates with Kyazma b.v. in the field of genetic mapping software. Together we continue the development of the well-known software packages JoinMap® and MapQTL®. While the scientists of Biometris concentrate on developing even more powerful statistical genomics methods, Kyazma will focus on implementing these methods into easy-to-use, stable and fast software.
